Perdue® Slicing Turkey Breast
— thinly sliced
— 1/4 inch thick
— sliced 1/4 inch thick
Fresh Basil Leaves
— as needed
- For each sandwich, brush one slice of bread with olive oil; broil until lightly browned.
- Top each slice of bread with 3 ounces of turkey, 4 basil leaves, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 ounces of the sliced brie.
- Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil; serve immediately.
