- 1 Italian Baguette — cut in 10 slices
- 1/8 c. Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Garlic
- 1 c. Turkey — finely diced
- 1/4 c. Sundried Tomatoes — finely diced
- 1/4 c. Mozzarella Cheese — shredded
- 1/8 c. Fresh Basil Leaves — chopped
- Slice an Italian baguette, brush with olive oil and top with minced garlic. Toast until golden brown.
- Slice Perdue® Turkey Breast, cut into small pieces.
- Mix with the sun-dried tomatoes, fresh chopped basil and mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
