PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER 4 Star Skin-On Turkey Breast served in a noodle bowl flavored with a rich and savory aromatic pho broth.
Ingredients
- 4 c. rice noodles — cooked
- 2 qt. turkey broth — hot
- 20 ¼-inch slice PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER 4 Star Skin-On Turkey Breast, Oven Roasted (75701) — cooked
- ¼ c. cilantro leaves
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- ½ c. Thai basil leaves
- ½ red Thai chiles — sliced
- 1 lime — cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, place turkey breast in the oven until the turkey skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- Slice turkey breast into ¼-inch slices.
- To a bowl, add precooked rice noodles, hot turkey broth, turkey slices, cilantro, bean sprouts, thai basil, sliced red thai chiles and garnish with a lime wedge.
