PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER 4 Star Skin-On Turkey Breast served in a noodle bowl flavored with a rich and savory aromatic pho broth.


Ingredients

  • 4 c. rice noodles — cooked
  • 2 qt. turkey broth — hot
  • 20 ¼-inch slice PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER 4 Star Skin-On Turkey Breast, Oven Roasted (75701) — cooked
  • ¼ c. cilantro leaves
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • ½ c. Thai basil leaves
  • ½ red Thai chiles — sliced
  • 1 lime — cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, place turkey breast in the oven until the turkey skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  2. Slice turkey breast into ¼-inch slices.
  3. To a bowl, add precooked rice noodles, hot turkey broth, turkey slices, cilantro, bean sprouts, thai basil, sliced red thai chiles and garnish with a lime wedge.
