Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich

Ingredients
- 6 slices Sandwich Builders® Ham
- 1 French baguette
- 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise — to taste
- 2 Fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 c. Bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp. Shredded carrots
- 2 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 Cucumber — sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Chili oil
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400'F. Slice baguette horizontally and spread mayonnaise on both inner sides. Bake until hot & crusty, approx. 5 minutes.
- Layer baguette with lettuce leaves, sprouts, cucumber slices, ham, mint leaves and shredded carrots.
- Blend soy sauce, vinegar, oil, honey, pepper flakes, pepper and sesame oil together & serve with sandwich.
