Preparation & Cooking Instructions
Thaw in original plastic package in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not refreeze. Cooking: Preheat oven and remove plastic wrap before cooking. Cover with foil. Convection Oven Thawed at 325F for 2 hours and 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Conventional Oven Thawed at 350F for 2 hours and 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Remove foil for 30 minutes enable browning. Let stand 20-30 minutes for easier slicing.
