Greek Turkey Pita with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 oz. Perdue® Lower-Sodium FC Turkey Breast — 1/2 in. dice
- 1/4 c. Romain lettuce — 1 in. dice
- 1/4 c. Tomato — medium dice
- 1/2 c. Cucumber — small dice, divided
- 1/4 c. Red onion — small dice
- 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Fresh dill — chopped
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 Pita bread — whole wheat
Instructions
- For the sauce, combine the greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic and 1/4 cup cucumber in a bowl.
- To assemble sandwich, split pita bread open and stuff with turkey, tomato, remaining cucumber, lettuce and red onion. Drizzle with Tzatziki Sauce.
