PERDUE® Turkey Pastrami Melt

  • 1 PERDUE® Turkey Pastrami — sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 24 slices Sourdough boule — sliced
  • 24 slices Swiss cheese — sliced


  1. Evenly spread butter across the outside of each slice of bread.
  2. Lay 12 pieces of bread on a preheated griddle, layer sliced PERDUE® Turkey Pastrami over top.
  3. Lay 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of meat; close sandwich with a second slice of bread.
  4. Flip sandwich and cook until golden brown.
