- 1 PERDUE® Turkey Pastrami — sliced
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 24 slices Sourdough boule — sliced
- 24 slices Swiss cheese — sliced
- Evenly spread butter across the outside of each slice of bread.
- Lay 12 pieces of bread on a preheated griddle, layer sliced PERDUE® Turkey Pastrami over top.
- Lay 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of meat; close sandwich with a second slice of bread.
- Flip sandwich and cook until golden brown.
